De Rui Qigong – Part 1
Basic course in qigong movements

The one-day course in De Rui 1 gives you the opportunity to improve your well-being and health.
The basic course of the Qigong De Rui 1 system is an opportunity to get a solid foundation for your own training and improve the status of your health. Slow movements, deep breathing, specific concentration combined with ancient Chinese philosophy give the effect of relaxation, well-being and strengthening of the body's internal energy. The movements are simple and easy to learn, anyone can do them regardless of age. The course contains theoretical and practical knowledge. After completing the course, you will gain knowledge that will allow you to continue the exercises on your own. You can expand the acquired skills at subsequent levels of De Rui knowledge.
The course will cover the following topics:
1. History and philosophy of Qigong
2. Tradition
3. Qi energy
4. Yin and Yang
5. Meridians: Stomach, Spleen, Kidney and Bladder 6. "Little Circulation" Meditation
7. Approximate contents of De Rui systems 1, 2 and 3

The theoretical part will be interspersed with practice. There are also two breaks of 15 minutes for participants during the course.
According to tradition, it is recommended to wear white, comfortable clothes
