GENERAL PROVISIONS AND CANCELLATION RULES FOR PRIVATE PERSONS

 

1. Strikes, lockouts, fires, significant reductions in deliveries or other circumstances beyond CesamQ´s control entitle CesamQ to cancel the agreement without obligation to pay damages.

2. CesamQ is fully responsible towards the client for contractual obligations.

3. CesamQ has the right to cancel a course and arrangement whereby all fees that may have been paid will be refunded. Compensation beyond that is not paid.

4. Purchased gift cards are valid for 1 year from the printed date and are not valid for travel.
