Take the opportunity to treat yourself to a 3-day gold retreat at Yangtorp. Take a break from everyday life and enjoy the peace, the good food and the beautiful nature. Relax in our relaxation section at the Chinese Health Center and forget everyday life for a while.
During a retreat at Yangtorp, you relax in a quiet and peaceful temple environment and find calm, energy and vitality with the help of qigong and meditation. The morning starts with lovely qigong stretching at 07.00, followed by various Qigong sessions throughout the day. The training takes place both indoors and in different environments, and you decide which exercises you want to participate in. The day is rounded off with a nice evening meditation.
