Six Secret Words-Medical Qigong
(六密言氣功, Liù Mì Yán Qìgōng)
15-16 november
2 days 10:00-17:00
Six Secret Words is a medical Qigong system. Through gentle movements, breathing and concentration, the system balances body and mind and increases the ability to handle different types of stress. It is used to regulate the body's energy, the function of the internal organs, as well as the spine and nervous system. During the course, you will learn the exercises so that you can later practice them on your own. The system has a history of thousands of years (formerly known as Five Palm Movements) and is today managed by the Chinese medical family Wu, who have taken Master Marcus into their care and made him the system's ambassador in the West.
During the course, you will learn:
-
How the body works according to Chinese Medicine
-
Organ meridians and key acupuncture points
-
A complete movement pattern for the entire system so you can practice independently at home
-
Exercises and their medical effects
-
How to adjust your breathing and mental attitude during exercise
-
How to tailor your training to your daily well-being
-
Simple tips for daily practice
-
Performing meditation
Origins and Tradition
The "Six Secret Words" have roots dating back thousands of years (formerly known as the "Five Palm Movements"). The tradition dates back over 2,000 years and is maintained by the Wu Chinese medical family, who entrusted Master Marcus with the care and full transmission of the system—both as a family legacy and as an exercise practice—with a deep medical and spiritual understanding.
For the past 45 years, Master Marcus has passed on this knowledge and trained additional qigong instructors in the art.
