The stretching program is for you who, regardless of age, feel that you want to become more flexible in your body. With soft, slow movements, deep breathing and concentration, you will be guided to better movement skills. This can also help you get rid of aches and tensions that often affect your everyday life destructively in several different ways. Great moves to take home and start your day with.
The workshop is open to everyone regardless of previous knowledge.
