1 day temple retreat (without overnight stay) at 9.30 - 17.00
A day at Yangtorp for those who "just want to be". A day beyond stress and everyday chores. Enjoy nature and silence - where you get strength and energy. The qigong training is adapted for beginners and a perfect opportunity to "try out" what qigong is. Before the training, we give an introduction.
Day 1:
9.30 Arrival – in the Chinese Health Center, changing lockers, bathrobes, towels and beach slippers are assigned.
10.00 – 10.45 Introduction to qigong
11.00 – 12.00 Qigong training
