Easter break: Workshop Shaolin Kung Fu - with instructor Niklas "Yan Mo" - trained in Shaolin Temple, China

During the Easter break, we will hold workshops in Kung Fu where you can practice for a whole day.

The workshop is introduced with some thoughts and philosophy in Kung Fu and Niklas tells a short story about his first trip to Shaolin.

The training begins with a warm-up and review of some basic positions in Shaolin training such as Mabu-Gongbu-Pubu and Xiebu. Next, you will learn a system called Wu Bu Quan, which originates from the Shaolin Temple in China. In Shaolin Kung Fu you train fitness, coordination, strength, stretching, as well as the qi power and various positions such as Ma bu, Kom Bu etc.

The day ends with stretching exercises and relaxation.

During the day, lunch is served, as well as fruit and water during the breaks.

Clothing: soft casual clothes and indoor and outdoor shoes (also bring a change of clothes if you need to change during breaks, as we sweat during the training sessions).
