The exercises inDe Rui Qigong 1is a mixture of relaxation, stretching, concentration, medical movements and meditation. In the medical exercises, we work with some of the body's meridians. The movements are simple and can be practiced by anyone. The course also includes an introduction to Chinese philosophy and medicine. After the course, you can continue to train yourself at home or participate in our semester training.
